About

Yum cha for every generation

Neptune Palace Seafood Restaurant has two dining rooms in Metro Vancouver: Marine Gateway in Vancouver and The Amazing Brentwood in Burnaby.

For many families in Metro Vancouver, weekend dim sum is a ritual: the grandparents arrive early to hold a table and order the pu'er, and the kids negotiate over the last har gow. We want to keep that warmth — and make it easy for anyone new to it, whether they grew up here or are trying Cantonese food for the first time, to sit down and feel at home.

That's why our dim sum is made in-house and steamed to order, our menus are in English and Chinese, and this site explains the dishes, the tea and the banquet traditions behind them. Yum cha belongs to everyone; the more people who love it, the better.
